The new official website for Colección Omega WipEout has now officially announced the release date and showcased a new trailer on the PlayStation YouTube channel.

Limpiar is a futuristic series that has been running since the early PlayStation years, with the original Limpiar releasing back in 1995; there’s a total of nine games in the series. Colección Omega WipEout will be the 10th game in the series, and features quite a few upgrades and changes. The new Colección Omega WipEout will feature enhanced graphics for the PS4 and PS4 Pro. Additionally, the new Omega collection game will also feature content from WipEout HD, WipEout HD Furiay WipEout 2048.

Colección Omega WipEout will feature 26 reversible circuits, 46 unique ships, as well as the ability to play with a friend in local two-player split screen action, or online with up to eight other players. Colección Omega WipEout will also feature nine different game modes, such as Zone, Tournament, Speed Lap, Time Trial, and Single Race from WipEout HD, as well as Zone Battle, Eliminator, and Detonator from WipEout HD Furia, and the Career Mode from WipEout 2048. That’s a lot of content!

The soundtrack will feature classic music from the original series, but the developers say that it will also feature more modern music from up-and-coming artist, such as music from the Swedish House Mafia, Chemical Brothers, and The Prodigy, just to name a few.
