Interdimensional Games’ Consorcio: la torre has just entered into Early Access on Steam. The single-player, science-fiction adventure game sees players exploring a futuristic world where you must rescue hostages and work with your team to overcome any challenges you encounter.
While the basic premise sounds simple, things get a lot more complicated when you can choose to deviate from the marked path and begin to explore your surroundings in search of the truth.
The game actually links up with the original Consorcio and you can even import your character from the previous game to continue the journey.
All the necessary lore and backstories centered around the game can be uncovered through an in-game codex.
The gameplay itself centers around surviving against dangerous security measures scattered throughout the Churchill Tower, facing off against hostile soldiers, and dealing with some extreme weather conditions.

The Unreal Engine 4-powered adventure is pretty interesting, where we see how players can interact with NPCs and even do things they usually don’t let you do in games such as surrender.
You can kill enemies or incapacitate them. You can use stealth or use your wits. You can scale the environments by traveling around as if it’s a first-person platformer, or you can mosey on about as if your feet are filled with lead.
According to the Steam store page, the game offers up anywhere between six to seven hours worth of gameplay. They have plans on further expanding it to flesh out the experience over the course of the next eight through 15 months of development, so you can expect the full version to release either sometime in late 2018 or early 2019.
